I am trying to figure out how can I see some relief at the end of my payday loan nightmare. The bi-weekly finance charges and the lingering balance are draining me from all aspects of reality and happiness. I have actually defaulted on several payday loans which I know is not good by getting more payday loans to offset the high costs of the ones I already have. I understand this was and is a huge mistake. I just need information on how to deal with them at this point.

Thanks,
Karen

Yes you can . . . . There are a couple companies that do deal with payday loans.

But first could you post a bit more about your situation? What state are you in? What companies did you borrow from? Are the storefronts or internet based? How much did you borrow on each loan? And how much have you paid back in fees so far?

Once you post that information we can better advise you on your options.

I have seven (7) payday loans. I live in OHIO. Only two payday loans are in ohio the rest are from the internet?

ThinkCash, Cash Spot, Pay Day One, Centurion Funding, Zip19, are all on-line and Money Mart and ACE are local in Ohio. Is there anyway out of this?
