If your company is practicing legally in Arizona why not "disclose" the infomation. Sorry, I'm not falling for it.

$60.00 in fees? What fees? And you never did explain where your company came up with the balance of $510.00 mentioned in the first e-mail. And I am not "incorrect" about being overcharged.....you might want to re-read the AZ info I included in my e-mail and explain to me where you learn to add. Last I knew $17.65 (max allowed per $100.00 in AZ) X 3 ($300.00 loan) = $52.95 NOT $90.00.

Your option to pay $90.00 to close my account is unacceptable. How about we try a NEW option. Since you wish to continue to request fees, that you have no legal right to do, my account with you is VOID and I owe nothing more. I will be expecting an e-mail from you stating that my account is closed. I will also be tracking my credit report and telecheck record and if they are affected in a negative manner by your company I will take legal action against your company and your undisclosed separate corporation.
