Like a lot of other people, I had to borrow from a check advance to fix my car. Then I had to borrow from a few others so I could catch up on the rent and fly my son back to Florida. I have gotten a far better paying job. But the advances are consuming my paychecks. I am paying about $1200.00 a month to advances. Is there a way I could get a loan to pay them off and pay a smaller monthly payment and get ahead? Unfortunatly,my crdit isn't so great. I am about to loose my car and I am fixing to be behind on the rent again. Someone please help me. Is there a way to borrow $3000 where I can pay it back monthly instead of every payday?

Welcome to the Community :D I don't like the idea of getting a loan to pay back debts, for me, it kept me stuck!

Since you are registered, someone will contact you and discuss options you may have concerning your debt, such as debt consolidaton. In debt consolidation, you can put all your monthly bills into one payment.

Is this check advance a local place? If it is, they tend to follow the state laws, and some do sue.

Have you tried to speak with them to see if they can help?

You need to take care of your basice necessities, shelter, food, treansportation, etc., also.

Feel free to ask questions- someone with some experience such as yours may come along and tell you what they did..GoodLuck..Karen
