I was wondering if anyone has every included Zales in a debt settlement program and if so If Zales ever tried to take back what was purchased? Thanks.

I have a Zales account and tried to include that in a NFCC affiliated debt management program. Zales repeatedly wouldn't accept a proposal, meanwhile every month more finance charges and late fees added up. I got a called from Zales a couple of months ago and they tried to settle, but I am broke and so I worked it so I had to pay 1/3 of the balance within 2 months and then $150 after that until I could settle. They told me I had to do it or they would bring legal action. I have since paid only 1/2 of the 1/3. Sorry for rambling. Hope this helps.
