Hubby & I went to the bank at lunch. Wells Fargo couldn't close the other account until it's at a 0 balance. However we were able to open up a new account & will have hubby's paycheck direct deposited into that account while I use mine to get the negative balance taken care of. What's the next step?

Being in the trucking industry you learn to CYA very quickly!!! :lol: My ex husband thought the way those people do...he had another thing coming when he asked for financial records from most of our marriage. He had boxes & boxes & boxes of documents sent to him...not sure his attorney liked what those documents uncovered. :P

Ok so I checked the old bank account this morning..I say old cuz we still haven't come out of the negative yet so we can get it closed. VC Funding, One Click Cash & NLS all tried to debit again last night. VC & One Click even sent NSF charges to boot. Thank goodness I checked the account this am...I was able to get them all returned & not pay the fees. I've received the signature cards from the certified letter I sent from VC Funding & One Click so I know those idiots got my letter. Oh & Marquita with Eastside Lenders called me on my cell & work #'s. I just fired off another letter to all of them via email. One piece of good news...Payday Cash Link accepted my payment offer of the 120.00 that I still owe...30.00/month for the next 4 monthes & they sent me a physical address to send the payments to.
