Dina, I hope you do return to us. Please post the needed info. When I came to this forum, I was in worse shape that you. I was , also scared and broke. Because of the people and advice, I got here, I am well on my way of being rid of Pay Day loans for good. I was paying on loans that I learned were already paid in full.Just follow the advice, pleasse

Hi Dina. I, too, know how you feel. The payday loan cycle is terrifying! But, you can escape. Are the loans storefront or internet? If they are internet then chances are you might have overpaid. How long have they been in default?

hello I have 2 payday loans and I am paying off one of them and 1 of them called me and said that I better get a good lawyer as they are filing bad check charges against me. Can you help me??

We can help you please start a new thread as this is an old one. Provide us with the name of you lenders and if they were store front or internet, what state you are in how much you borrowed and how much you paid back including interest, rollover fees etc. Also please provide us with the Collection Agencies that are calling you.

Is there a way we can remove the old post. I'd be willing to help with that if needed. You guys have really helped me. I would love to stay here and help people with what I've learned from you guys.

Why would you want to remove the old posts. There is much info to be learned from them. They are very useful if you need use the search button.

If you can not figure out how to create a new thread then post the names of the companies and what state you are in.

Ousoonerfamily4 is a registered user.?? I just felt their thread would get more attention if they started a new one instead of camping on to an old thread.?? Not that the old thread has no value it is easier to respond to a new one than sorting through old information. JMO

I agree. I thought maybe they did not know how to make a thread and to post it here then not post it at all.
