I received an email today from Tim Atkins...why does that name sound familiar? Have others here dealt with him?


So getting the keyboard warmed up for a nice response back..and of course, I will post it here.


Now, you know, tip off number one that you've got a wonderfully illegal company calling is when they TELL a third party anything regarding their phone call. A legit business will just leave a message for you to call them. They would not tell someone "she has fraudulent activity on her account" or "she has missed her payment" or anything. They can not do that legally. So......... whenever you get a message or get a call (and you're pretending your not really you) and they start spouting off "information", you know you've got one hell of an illegal company calling. They are so stupid, it kills me.

Just wanted to let everyone know how special I am ...I was fortunate enough to hear from Tim..not once but twice this week!!! I really wish he would come up with a more original e-mail..but then whe would have to actually ahve a though, express it and spell! :lol: Don't you all envy me.

Hello everyone! I too would like to join the Tim Atkins-Kelly-Carrie-Sharon-from Payday Loan Yes but we also go by FIrst National, Global National, Cash National...fan club! I don't take the phone calls, and have sent Tim some really great email replies...and he actually replied to one! He told me that I would have to talk to Kelly, who was my consultant...good times!

Payday Loan Yes is Cash Net 500 . . . . Cash Net 500 stopped "loaning" about 8 months ago and now they loan under the name Payday Loan Yes . . . . Tim Atkins is not real, it's the "name" all of their collectors that are male go by. They do not use their real names . . . . But they are nasty nasty people.

I am going to search for a thread from last year . . . . It will show you just how nasty these people can get.

Someone (Tim) came onto this site and started posting information about one of our members here and their debt to Cash Net 500 . . . . . Full name, etc. Along with some rather rude comments . . . . . This is why is it very important to never post personal info . . . . These places do come here and read threads.

I let their calls go straight to voicemail, he actually talked to my boss and I am fairly sure she scared him. She let him know that he was sharing personal information with a third party and that is illegal...he didn't have much to say after that so she hung up on him.

I am sooo jealous!!!!!!!!!! I have yet to even get an email from my jokers...
they just call once or twice a month and pretend to be attorneys so I just play along till they get pissed off and hang up on me.

I loved your email back Volley --- the diet and the millgrinding.. OMG it was awesome.

too bad I dont have any of their email addresses , well the only one I need is Jackson Phillips... I would love to find that one out.

How generous. Let me think about this..... I have paid 525.00 on a 300.00 loan, I have been bombarded with phone calls and e-mails. I have been threatened with collections and they are offering a SPECIAL settlement of 70% of my current balance. Ummm....NO, hell no, absolutely not, not even if I did win the spanish lottery. Send it to the illegal collection agency on the next floor. How about a special offer for you... a one time opportunity to kiss my.........never mind they are not worth it.
