Desperate in ohio....please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B.I.G. I know is illegal. I believe ameriloan and MTE are illegal also. I am not too sure about the others, but we can look into those.

There's help for ya, someone with a little more experience with this stuff will be here shortly to help you along. They will need to know how much you paid on all those and if they are store fronts or internet. I do know that MTE, Paycheck Today and ameriloan are not legal. But someone else will have to help as I am only a week new on here.

SO that leaves us with wondering whether khaki holdings and geneva roth cap are legal in Ohio. Let us know whehter they are internet or storefront and how much total that you have paid on each one already and we can help you further. You will also need to send the internet PDLs a letter revoking their right to debit your account.

BIG - unlicensed/illegal
PAYCHECKTODAY - unlicensed/illegal
KHAKI - unlicensed/illegal
ameriloan - unlicensed/illegal
MTE - unlicensed/illegal
GENEVA ROTH - unlicensed/illegal

Okay. Now that we have that established, we need to close your bank account now. There is a Please see the "sticky" about closing your bank account. at the top of this site page regarding closing your account. You need to read this. You need to get the account closed with the assurance (and something in writing) that these pdl debits will not hit and force your account back open. If they can not promise you this, then you need to get a hard debit block put on that account. Nothing will go through. Get your money out, go to a different bank, and open a new bank account. Do this ASAP. When do your next debits hit? It is tomorrow? I hope not. Read about the bank account, post any questions at all regarding it. Get that taken care of first so your pdl's can not get any more money. Do this first before you do anything else. Make sure your butt is covered. Then we can move on. However, post how much you borrowed (principle only) and how much you have paid back (total. do not break it down into fees). But, get to the bank and get this taken care of ASAP. Once your money is safe, we can then take our time and help you through getting the pdl's off your back. Post any questions! :D
