Have Many debts that have gone into collections long ago due to illness.
I am on SSD, and recieve a small fixed income.
Can you help me to resolve these credit issues without killing me financially?

Welcome to the forum. Could u please elaborate a little more of these medical bills? How many, how much are they and are u paying on them now? Have u defaulted on any?
