I owe about 2500 dollars to BOdOG.COM.I started internet gambling back in May 2007.It was a stupid move.I was withdrawal money from my credit card to my bodog account thru there website.I got an email today stating that they are going to report me to transunion and that the money i owe will be going to a thrid party collections agency.What should I do,isnt internet gambling illegal?

Internet gambling is a nice grey area. I know they have been tweaking the laws concerning it, so I will need to take a look at the current law as it stands.

Which basically states that gambling in the US on the internet is illegal. You should contact them that they should have never allowed you to gamble on the internet since you live in the United States and gambling is illegal. You may need to get a lawyer involved to help you, though. In fact, if you can ask one, I would recommend it.
