They are storefront Cannr.
Mikendenise there is no way in getting out of these loans since they are legal stores. I had loans out in these two stores in Franklin County and I can tell you how they worked with me. Advance America is allowing me to make $50 dollar payments per month and they been great to work with. Cashland sent me to a collection agency and my company has been making payments to them. The collection agency they use does violate FDCA laws and I'm waiting to get them on tape.
If you have any more questions ask away and I will try to help.

If these are store fronts, which cannr says they sound like it then they are more than likely legal. You need to contact them to set up payment arrangements with them because they can will most likely sue you.
It is better to make the first contact with them so that they know you are willing to take responsibility for the checks. If you don't feel comfortable calling them, send them a letter certified/return requested letter giving a propsal with an amount that you are comfortable and can afford to pay them back, and a time line of how much time you will need.
I did this and my store fronts have been wonderful, I know that is hard to believe, but not all of them are nasty people to work with. Advance America was one of them.
Good luck and keep us posted.

If the storefront is a CFSA member, they must allow you to enter into an extended payment plan. Thing is you have to ask for this at least 1 day before your loan is due.
