Filing Complaints

NO, I would just put the facts - That you took out a loan on X date, have had X amount taken out on these dates, that the company is not licensed, etc. You don't have to go into the why . . . .

LMK, straight, forward and to the point..as Goudah says just facts. You don't want to bury them in excessive information. You want your facts to stand out.

Thanks goudah! I'm going to be getting all the complaints to NDBF this weekend. Already have all the c & d's done..just waiting to send those out on Thursday after we get that account closed.

One of their questions is "why" you took the loan out? What the hell does that have to do with anything? Whatever. Skip it. Crazy....... :shock:

It says Briefly scribe the nature of your complaint and the events in the order in which they happened, including specific dates and the financial entity's actions to which you objected. Enclose copies of any pertinent information or correspondence that may be helpful.

That is ok..I know the need to get it right the first time. You want to be sure they do something with it when you file. And you want to be sure you covered all the bases so it does not get returned or worse yet , circular filed.

lmk- Yea, just the facts without personal embellishment. When they ask for the events, its the events of the pdl's actions.

Dont worry, theres no right or wrong answer but you want them to get the real meat of the issue. :twisted:

I was very short, to the point, facts only on all my complaints. That's all they need. If they need more information, they will contact you and ask for it. Just put all the facts. Include everything.

lmk, if you run into any problems, come here and post first before responding to any pdl's. We can help you through it. Out of all the people here, someone will know the answer or response you need. Remember, try desperately not to take any telephone calls. However you can, try to not take them. If you need any support, back-up, advice, anything, you just post. :D

HI guys! Well I've just finished up writing out my complaints to the NDBF and finished up the letters to the pdls. When sending the one to One Click Cash should I also send the C & D that was ordered by the state of NE just for shits & giggles? ha ha ha

lmk, you may be laughing; however, I did do that. When filing my complaints, I included the C&D letters regarding the pdl. I just wanted the government agencies to be aware of what is going on with this pdl. My complaint alone is good enough, I'm sure. However, I did copy and print out the C&D postings to include with it. I personally think this is a good idea. This way the government agencies will see that it's not "just you". It's the pdl that is horribly illegal and being "called out" on it in various states. So, yes, include it.
