sorry about a new post, but i need to know if anybody can tell me which pdl is backed by the bank of delaware?

If they are backed by a bank, they are NOT a PDL, and should not be treated as such. Doing so will lead to serious trouble.

Any lender backed by a bank is a legal lender, not a PDL. CashCall, CheckNGo installment loans are both backed by banks in Delaware - and they are not considered PDL's. Be careful when dealing with them - your only option is to make payment arrangements with them or try to get them included with a debt consolidation plan - but they don't always play along with debt consolidation plans.

Hmmm....not sure which one of those would be backed by a bank in Delaware, because they all appear to be the type that operate out of other countries (illegally). I can't say that for certain about all of them, but it looks that way.

the reason i'm asking is b/c when cps replied to my bbb complaint, they stated that i also defaulted on a loan with the bank of delaware

Who is CPS? Is it a payday lender? I would advise checking the website for every single payday lender you have and seeing if any of them make reference to a Delaware based bank.
