I want to warn you of a site I visited and was greatly disappointed by .
If you are a person who is seeking credit repair..do not seek it from a law firm that is located Utah. I will not say the name but it claims to fix your credit report but they do not. They claim they will write letters on your behalf..they do..but the letters they write..will so severely ruin your credit and name you will be shocked.
I trusted a company because they claimed to be support by a law firm..actually the website is named after the firm.
I asked they send me a letter..before they write in my behalf..they did not.
Only after I opted to withdraw did they forward me the letters..Which they wrote to 3 credit bureaus..
It is awful! The language and spelling they use, I am insulted by and I am sure the credit bureaus will be too!
When I called the so called firm..the "parallegal" answered "Well these are the types of letters we have found to work"
Well I told her that not using my name. I write and keep websites and would never write in such a fashion.
They then answered me "The majority of americans, About 80 percent have only an 8th grade reading ability".
She kept stating "These letters have produced positive results"
They don't even use their letterhead.
I am so insulted ..So beware of any lawfirm in Utah, that claims they will fix your credit.
If you wish to know the name of this firm send me a private message..
It's outrageous; and to think I paid $99 to set up some account with them.
I think if there is anyone out there using them, their name starts with Lexing, you need to know what kind of letters they write!

Thanks for the advice, Domain!! I was looking into that one, at one time! As soon as you said they had a fee of $99.00, I knew who you were talking about. I DID set up something , with them, in the past.but, decided aqainst it, at the last minute. I was getting NO answers, to my questions, so, I thought it wouldn't be a good idea. Thanks for the warning!!

They make you think they are representing you ..that because you are dealing with a law firm that you will get better action.

What they don't tell people is ..there is nothing of the firm that goes on their letters they write in your behalf and moreover the letters are worse then any 2nd grader can write.
I was totally embarrassed when they sent me a copy of the letter they sent for me..They signed my name..I am totally ashamed and if I could would tell everyone..Stay away from theis company!!

Thanks SOO much!! I DO know someone on their 'program'. My friend has been paying them for (about?) 6or 7 months now...with " no results". NOTHING has changed for her!! But..she's "still hopeful of this program". I'll let her know of the experience you had. Thanks, again!!
