Can I close my account before the payment is due?

It really depends on what state you are in, etc. So let's start there...What state are you in, how much do you owe your ipdls, who are your ipdls, and how much have you paid so far? It seems like alot, but we really need the info in order to help.

Yes, please post the info Eleroo requested. In some states you can be criminally prosecuted for closing your account, so we really need that information before we can advise you.
