Has Anyone Ever Heard Of A CA Called Titan Group?

The reason I'm posting now is to see if anyone has ever heard of them or had to deal with them. If you've been contacted by them how did you deal with it? What kind of information do you have about them?
I've looked them up at several places online and can't seem to find anything. However, after looking up one of the phone numbers (716-873-3695) that they called me from, I found the following information at http://local.yahoo.com/details?fr=dd-local-tl1&id=37859037

If you've ever had to deal with 'Titan Group' ,or know someone who has, please answer this post. Any help that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I've been to the Bud Hibbs website before and looked them up there and have found the same page that you posted the link to. However, I don't think Titan Recovery Group and Titan Group are the same people because:
1.) They never say Titan Recovery Group in their messages. They only say Titan Group.
2.) It says that Titan Recovery Group is from Duluth, Georgia, but the one that's calling me is from Buffalo, New York. I know that from looking up the phone number and area code. That's when I found this: http://local.yahoo.com/details?fr=dd-local-tl1&id=37859037
The only thing I can think of is that they're covering something up. In other words, they say that they're Titan Group, but they're really a different CA. With the reputation that CA's have there's really no telling what they will do.
