1. When used by RESPONSIBLE HONEST ADULTS, payday loans are great source of quick cash to keep us out of a tight jam.

2. Collections companies that work for online payday lenders are aggressive. They will stop at nothing to get the money they are ENTITLED to. Do not expect to take the loan companies money and not expect them to come for it. I have NEVER had a loan company do ANYTHING that their contract does not outline. I have NEVER had a loan company deposit funds without me knowing I applied for a loan. I would say that 98% of the poepl on this website that say these thing are liars that do not want ot own up to their end of the loan agreement.

3. A contract was signed. READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING. These contracts ARE binding. It goes to show how bad America has gotten when cowards like the people that don't want to payback what they borrow hide behind the politicians of the state.

4. States DO NOT have jursidiction over internet payday lenders, however every contract will have the state of jurisdiction for that loan. Learn the laws in the state of jurisdiction. More often than not the state of jurisdiction IS NOT YOUR STATE. The state is usually Nevada, Utah, Deleware, or is located offshore. These states DO NOT HAVE USURY LAWS.

5. If you insist on sitting at your computer and getting a loan without doing research BEFORE YOU APPLY, you deserve everything that these loan companies do to you. If are to lazy to look at your bank statement EVERY month, you DO NOT have the right to cry about the charges that continued to roll over. The lender is not your babysitter. You are a God Damn adult take responsibility for your actions.

6. You must pay for convenience. If the internet loan company charges more than your state allows......NEXT TIME GET OFF YOUR ASS AND WALK DOWN TO YOUR LOCAL CASH N'GO. IF YOU WANT TO SIT IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME WITH COMPLETE ANONYMITY PREPARE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE CONVENIENCE.

Sincerely,

An Honest ADULT that takes responsibility for my actions.

I have not problem with people helping others. We all need crutches. I was raised with the understanding that if you agree to ANYTHING you see the agreement through. Obviously not everyone was raised with same set of morales and standards. I NEED these loans and all you people are going to do is make it tougher for those of us that use them when needed.

Oh, that makes a lot of sense. We have no morals because we stop after we've paid an illegal company $3000 for a $300 loan . . . . . Hmmm . . . .

Maybe you should look into why you need payday loans. They are high interest, and should only be used as a short term financial solution. You seem to be using these loans regularly, therefore absuing them. The CFSA has made commericals targeting people like you who rely on payday loans too much. You are the reason they are "shutting down". If you only used them once in a while, you would care if they went out of business.

OMG, why don't you calm down and read what the posts are really about. No one is out to screw anybody or any company out of money. Everyone on here is willing to pay back the principal amount that they borrowed and not the ridiculous ream fees that these IPDL's charge.

And if you have been reading these posts, you will have noticed that alot of these people are getting money taken out of their account by companies that are operating under numerous names illegally  . Now if I were a legitimate business I think I would only operate under one name not numerous other alias's and abide by my state laws.

In the last year I have taken a total of 3 loans. All 3 loans were for $300 dollars I paid a grand toal of $270 in fees for $900 in loans. How in gods name is it possible to $3000 in fees. I don't believe the company continued to debit your account AFTER you called to schedule a payoff or paydown. So how could it be that went on for so long? By my calculations at $90 every 2 weeks (which is the norm) you paid for 33 weeks, thus you let this loan refinance 2 1/2 years before doing anything about it?

Guest/Honest Adult------ Haven't you read all the troubles these loans have gotten people into or have you actually looked at how many people have posted on here?? And you haven't done your homework either, maybe you might want to do that too!! Why don't you work on getting your CREDIT in good standings and you would'nt need these high interest rip off loans.

What happens when the "company" gives you a phone number that turns out to be disconnected? Many of these companies make it impossible to contact them and tell them to pay off the loan. You are stuck rolling it over forever.

Seriously, you need to do some research. Yes, payday loans help a few. But they hurt many more.
