Zieweicki doing Collections for a debt with Amex

I am in the process of trying to find debt settlement help. I received a call today at work from a company called Zieweicki stating they were a collection attorney and they were going to serve me if i didnt pay my AMEX debt today. What do i do?

Are you sure this debt is yours?

You need to send a debt validation letter, ASAP-make a copy and send it certified, return receipt at the post office. Have you received any correspondence from them?

You can use the box at the top of your screen to see if others have dealt with them.

Also, since you are registered, you are entitled to a free credit consultation. Someone from your area will contact you-check your e-mails and discuss options that you may have.

By the way, when you send the DV letter, also tell them to cease and desist from contacting you at work, that you cannot receive calls there.
