A man called and said I took out a loan witrh PDL Ventures for $750. He said the loan was with a bank that I hadn't used in 6 years, in an area that I haven't lived in for 5 yrs. The loan was said to be from 7-2009. I don't think so. I have a son who works in Wahington D.C. and I am going to give him all the information I could get from the man who called and let the FBI deal with it.

I paid off my loan on July 17th in full. I was to get a new loan and i have already signed for a new one that should have been in my account by Wednesday. It is still not there and i have been trying to contact someone at the numbers (866-928-5055 or 866-631-8201)given and keeps saying circuits are busy. I am very worried because i would like to stop the deposit and have no one to reach before they start debtting my account for something i never received. Help!!!!

PDL has shut down. I called 866-824-0893 they gave told the owner shut down and is in trouble legally. I closed my account on the 17th of July. 27 July they took out another $90.00. Call this number and they can assist you but results will not happen overnight.

I have been calling all day trying to get someone and respones at all now this could trun out to be a big problem yes I recived$300.00 on 06/27/09 at a $90.00 base interest rate my frist payment was do on 07/17/09 of $90.00 dollars I called and spoke with someone and asked them too take $240.00 and in truned that change what I owe down to $45.00 and now the next payment is do 07/31/09 I wont to find out how much do I still owe so that I can get this out of my hair as soon as possible

I'm trying to payoff my loan in full!!! All of the numbers provided in emails from them and the contracts and this site just keep you on hold!!!! If all of this legal stuff is true, how can customers get intouch with these people? I don't want to keep paying 90 dollars on this loan. I have never done this before and of course the first time this happens =( I'm a bit worried. Anymore feedback would be appriciated.

I just got off the phone 866-824-0893 with PDL which in fact is now "the cash market" they were very nice and worked with me to clear up past information. They stated they just took over PDL and there was some confusion on some loans and they have issued a lot of refunds. They also will work with you on what was told through PDL for instance I was told there was only $90 in interest when it should have been more around $200. I told them I was not paying that much interest and they accepted a settlement and I am now clear with an email receipt for Paid In Full. here is their information. Good Luck

I have a loan with them too, try 866-631-8201. If they don't respond I would contact my bank and see if they have a number for them from their transactions. If you still have problems then tell your bank you don't want any more transactions coming out of your account for this company. I am sure PDL will contact you then.

If you are having trouble getting to your loan info from this buisness here is the site they gave me over the phone seeing as how they didn't let anyone know they changed their website once again. You have two options at this point. You can either put your account on "Deposit Only" status blocking the PDL debits, but this may stop all your other electronic payments. Or you can just close the account all together.

My bank said that this company had my authorization unlimited to take money from my account. I had to close it!

I got a call today from a Martin Kobe stating that a document had come across his desk with my social security number and to call him ASAP. I called him and they mentioned that they were PDL Ventures. I asked them what this was all about and they stated that I took out a payday loan back in FEB 2009 for $2000. I told them that I never took out a loan with this company nor that I never heard of the company. They somehow had my SS # and my parents names as references and wanted a $ 500 settlement. I called back 3 times and told them that this was a scam and they hung up on me. The phone # is 888-830-8620. This company is a fraud and a scam. WATCH OUT
