Internet PDL question regarding payments

Please post the amount of the loan & the amount you have paid..doesn't matter if it's principle or interest..just the total amount paid per loan. Please make sure to include the name of the pdl.

Payday Max - $300, paid $125.73

US Fast Cash - $250, paid $100

United Cash Loans $300, haven't paid yet

Up Front Cash - $300, paid $90

B&L Marketing - $300, paid $60

Are these internet or store front loans? Also can you let us know what state you live in? Someone with more knowledge should be checking in shortly to help with state laws.

These are internet loans and I live in Illinois.

Please read the sticky about closing your bank account. It's something you will have to do to stop these companies from taking anymore money.

I doubt that any of these companies are licensed to lend in your state, but I'm going to double check. If they are lending illegally, then you would only owe them principle. No interest. And frankly, that is just because I feel it's the right thing to do. Legally speaking you would not owe them anything. That's the price of doing business illegally.

Illinois law does apply to internet lenders specifically.

You cannot get into criminal legal trouble for defaulting on these loans.
