I also had my Credit report pulled by my Lender and this Collection Agency appeared on it for $36.99 Dollars from an AT&T Account. I have never received a Letter or Phonecall from them and when I contacted them to inquire about it they were very rude and claimed that they been sending me Letters to my Address, I hung up on them. I also did some more Research on them and came across a Letter where someone had contacted the FBI in New Jersey because of soo many Complaints/Fraud, which I called also,they advised me to contact the Federal Trade Commission since they are launching an Investigation against this Agency. I know this is only a couple of Dollars but I resent the Fact that they never contactet me but filed a negative Report with the Credit Bureau. I also dont trust them with my Bank Account Information.

Purchasing old debts is okay, however the law is quite clear that you must ???????accurately??????? report information on credit bureau reports. This could be construed as an attempt to inflate their portfolios to Wall Street to make them look better than they are, NOT an uncommon practice for a bottom feeder. Palisades Collections needs to be confronted at every step with demands for debt validation. All of their tainted credit bureau reporting should be disputed; court suits MUST be vigorously defended. Challenge each and every document they file, assume they are bogus and manufactured. Palisades appears to be engaging in a lot of illegal collection activity and credit bureau reporting, they deserve to be sue at every opportunity by consumer law professionals.
