So from now on, any ipdl that says they don't have to follow your state law, and your state law says they do, you can quote them this case! For all the state's that require internet based companies to follow their laws this is a great! Now Federal case law backs it up.

They actually aren't that far apart to be quite honest with you, I am guessing maybe 30 to 50 miles from one another. Easy to get them confused so don't feel bad.
