Is There a No Check System Bank in California

I've been desperately trying to find a bank that doesn't use checksystem or is leneint towards it, but have had no luck yet. Can any one tell me if there is a bank in Northern California that doesn't use checksystem? I'm tired of having to load up prepaids and or get money orders to pay bills. It's such a hassle. Help please!!! :oops:

I would try Unionbank. The only drawback to their account is that you can't make deposits with the teller, just direct deposits and there are no checks. It's strictly ATM. Give them a shot.
