This forum is great. Many more debt collection harassment cases are going to trial as well as many people who are defending lawsuits brought by debt buyers with little or no proof of the debt. With your insight, you could do a great job making sure justice is served. I just want to encourage everyone here to make sure you are in the proper database to get called for jury duty and then show up.

I just got yet another jury duty notice! My third in less than a year, all district court but haven't had to go to any yet. I have a feeling this time it's not gonna be cancelled.
