Personal loan from ICS financial group

can someone answer one question? i need to know if this people from ics financial group,is legal, because me and my husband request a personal loan, they send us a 3 pages agreement to be sign for us and to returned but we have to pay first a $75 fee,but is not for the money,we just want to know if this is true.if they are going to borrow that money to us why they don't debit that amount out of the loan?

If somone is asking for a " up -front fee", it's probably NOT a legit company. "Up-front fee" talk should bring up 'red flags' for you. Even if you pay them the $75.00, do they asure you, you will get a loan? I would look them up, on the Web somewhere...or the BBB site.....see what kind of 'rating' they have.

If a company that you applied for a loan through is asking for up front money , it is a scam. Please avoid this.Do not send them any money, they will take it and you will never hear from them

I sent them the $75 and I've called and called this steve and he wont return any of my calls. It was a scam

Contact your state Attorney General's office, and the FTC. How did you send the money, and how did they send the agreement? If it had anything at all to do with the mail, also contact the US Postal Inspection Service.
