These people told me I would be going to jail if I did not pay. I live in Texas, is that true? It was with a payday loan company that I gave a post dated check too....

No they can not put you in Jail.

They are just trying to scare you into paying them.

I don't know enough to say, but list the name of the
PD loan Company(s) and how much you borrowed and how much you've paid
Some one will help you with that information

I borrowed 400.00 and have repaid 200.00. The company was First Cash Advance.
