Hello, Can someone please respond to me. I'm drowing in Cash Store Debt. My account is currently overdrawn. I called Huskhawk Marketing today and they said I could send in the full amount today with money order that would stop payment from trying to pull from my account tomorrow. Does anyone know if this place is for real. I'm so scared to send the money order and they still owe them money. The man said mail the payment to Charelstown West, Indies

Mzyrte, Welcome. You are right to question sending your hard earned money anywhere. I am assuming Cash Store is an internet pdl. Would you please list how much you borrowed, the total of how much you have paid them and what state you are in so we can help you through this.

I borrowed 300.00
Paid only 90.00
It tried to pull 2 weeks ago and was reversed by my account becuase it was overdrawn.
I now owe $510.00
The total of 300 plus the 2 intersts payments and 30 NSF Fee. They told me to mail the total amount and now know one will call me back. I faxed a copy of the money order everything.

Try this 866-224-8776. They go by several names, and BMG seems to be the common denominator business name. I had so much trouble getting it paid in full and doing away with their scam, I had to close my bank account. Good luck.

Mzryte, the fact that they want you to send a money order to West Indies tells me that they are illegal, illegal! You should only pay them the principal you borrowed. You can get a money order from the post office that can be tracked so you have proof you paid them. Some of these slimeballs will continue to debt your account so, after reading the info on closing your bank account at the top of the page you might want to consider closing yours then making comfortable payments via post office money order.

I have all the information you need

I have been going thrue the same problem with them and thank goodness i had saved an email from them. Most the numbers were not working but 2 of them were.

The fax number, which is how I finally got an answer from them is 1-866-8974. It had a busy signal until after 8 central time.
And then finally my fax went thrue

Also the phone # is 1-866-224-8776. It answers Bahama marketing group. And it was always a recording. But if you press 0 it will send you to someones voicemail.

After faxing a letter stating I would like to pay off the loan they finally called me back within about an hour.
I hope this helps everyone!!

I just got a email from a Annika Herrman telling me my loan application is approved and to call her at 866-817-5932; Her email address is "aherrmann@huskhawkmarketing.com";

Are they crooks or are they legit??

I got a loan from Huskhawk for 200.00 dollars. Instead they deposited 250.00 dollars in my account. I called them and let them know I will pay back 250.00 and discontinue business with them. I also have my bank's fraud dept watching all transactions coming from Huskhawk.
P.S. Their number is disconnected everyday after 5pm central time.Kinda fishy for a legitimate company.

this company is bogus-they dont have a licence in any state. They will give you a loan, and later will keep taking money and taking money. The only way to stop them is put a stop payment or close your acct. They have lawsuits and cease and desist orders. So if you are unable to pay them back, I wouldnt worry too much, they cant do shit to you because they didnt have a licence to do business in the first place.

Has anyone had problems with Huskhawk? I have they say I still owe and were threatening me to come to my house to get me.
I needed to pay 2000.00 in 3 hours. I want to put together a lawsuit. Also they are banned in California from doing business as of March 2008. If you get threatening call from them don't pay.

I taken a loan from them for $250.00 and I tryed to pay the loan back too them a week in advance.
I fax them but could not get through and then tryed to calling them even at different time of day with no avail.
then i checked the enternet to try to reach them that way but found this site instead thank goodness.
i checked with my bank and found out that are a fraud so i closed my bank account.
now they sent me a letter for collection but even that is fishie
their is a number but it give no name of who they are or a person to get in touch with?
DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
contact your B.B.B. and file a report with them.
You can also goto your bank and ask for a customer fraud claims and depit dispute process form this will help you get you money back. I did it and it works.

My husband had a loan through them. We paid and paid 90.00 every two weeks for months on end. We finally decided the only way to get out of the cycle was to close our account and start fresh. We have paid all of them except Huskhawk and only because we can't seem to get a straight answer and can't get ahold of anyone. We got an email stating that it was turned over to AIS. No one ever contacted us, then I got a call today from EAD, when you call the answering machine says Hubbard Smalls Law Firm. If you google the phone number is says Matthews Law Firm. I have no idea who we are dealing with here. The lady I spoke with said that I had to pay within 24 hours. I told her NO, but I would pay by Cashier Checks, Moneyorder even western Union. She said they don't take anything except debit cards or credit cards. Now what legal company would not take CASH? She told me a judge would laugh in our face because we refused to pay our debt. I said told her they would laugh at her because I didn't refuse I just refused to give her my personal info over the phone. Anyway they are calling my husband's work and our home all day long. She would not give me an address, said they had already sent me a letter (which is a complete lie). I don't know what to do and I don't know who they are. I do know I won't give them my debit card or credit card or bank info. We owe the money because we did take the loan..even though it is ilegal in Oregon and they are not registered. I have paid them over 600.00 from the original 300.00 he borrowed. CAn anyone give me a suggestion please. They are the last one, I have paid them off and there were a lot them. This company is a bunch of frauds and I scared to send them anything now. HELP! Any suggestions?

I was looking on line for a pay day loan filling somethings out next thing I know the next day I get $250 in my bank account with out me signing anything I didnt' even get a phone call I got a email I opened it up and it stated something or other if you want us to send you the loan sign and fax here well I didn't want it looked fishie to me now I am stuck with over drafts with more over drafts they just dont' try once they tried three times per day. My thing I never asked for this loan it just appeared in my account!! Then when I tried to cotnact them to pay it I can't get an answer at any of the 10 numbers I received. I did finally call my bank today to put a stop payment on it. I would just like to pay the remaining amount and be done with them. Then again why should I pay if I didnt' ask for it I was just shopping around trying to find a pay day loan then changed my mind and here I am!!!!

I too was shopping on-line for a pay day loan I backed out and changed my mind when I saw the feees and thoguth well I can make it one more week unitl I get paid. I wake up the next day looked at my account and low and behold huskhawk deposit $250 into my account I tried looking them up on line, and thinking and trying to remember I never ok'ed it or signed anything never recieved paper work (I know because I did it at work) when trying to call the many numbers I received and looked up I get nothing sounds like a fax machine!! I am trying to find a working number or a email to cotnact them. They are trying to get any here from $30 to $75 out of my account every three days not once but 4 or 5 times which every time make my account over drawn now it's so over drawn that the bank will not pay for over drafts (everytime they try is costing me $28 eazch time add that up it's a lot) so I fianlly after reading called my bank and am goingt o put a stop payment on this I hope it works as I see some it has and other it hasn't I dont' want to close my account as I just recieved this new account three months ago!!! But I guess if I do stop the payment and they still take money out I will have no choice but to close the account. I am wondering I guess I need to ask the bank if I close the account and open another one at the same bank or just change the account number?? I am trying to do this the easy way. This there any one out there that could help me do the easy way or what to do if the stop payment does not work??? thanks

Warning: This group will take only INTEREST on your loan until you call them to tell them you are ready to pay for the original loan. My wife has been trying to contact them for a while through the phone numbers that they list on their site to no avail. It wasn't until today that we went to the bank to figure out just how much they were taking out that we got the number that is listed through the bank. It is 1-866-568-5559. We spoke to a person the first time but had to call back, got VM so, we hung up and called back again and got a person. DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL....they will NOT call you back and you will be stuck waiting for their call until your next interest payment is due. We have paid over $650.00 for a $150.00 loan...I know, stupid us but, we do not want anyone else to go through all the stress we just went through.
Oh yeah, if you ask them for their licensing info....you will be directed to a supervisor right away...:) PS the supervisor who "personally sends out all the emails" name is AMY!
