San Francisco Proposing a PDL Ban
Date: Thu, 09/20/2007 - 19:15
Interesting story on the local news tonight. It seems that San Francisco is proposing an ordinance that would ban new PDL stores in several lower-income sections of the city (the Tenderloin and Hunter's Points neighborhoods among them) and would ban new PDL's from going into stores that are within so many feet of existing ones.
Naturally, the PDL industry is up in arms, saying that people only use them responsibly, blah blah. I will keep you all posted..
