Who are these frigging people??? What are they going to do...send some goomba to break my kneecaps??? I've been trying to contact them via email, regular mail (send back "undeliverable") and phone ('we're sorry, due to high volume, call back..."). They can find me [no problem] and send me threatening letters (PAY OR ELSE...ELSE WHAT?) I have had it. This stupid $200.00 loan was not worth this aggravation. What am I supposed to do???

Thank for letting me vent...I'm so mad...

reelyred -

Welcome to the site!

If you can let us know the following information, we can give you some advice on how to get out of the payday lending cycle and get these "goombas" (love that word) off your back!

-What state you live in
-Name of every lender you are dealing with
-Whether they are internet or storefront lenders
-How much you borrowed from each one (principal only)
-How much you have repaid each one (everything, including interest or fees)

With that information, we can help you out!

Oh, reelyred! I am in your corner! One Click Cash has been my nightmare!! Well, one of them anyway. Honey, here is some information for you.

One Click Cash

Niobrara, NE 68760
Phone: 1-800-349-9418
Fax: 1-800-491-6913
Email: compliancedepartment(at)oneclickcash.com

They like money grams. Isn't that nice? They like them sent as:

Pay To: One Click Cash

City/State: Niobrara, NE

They are a d/b/a of MTE Financial:

MTE Financial Services
515 G S.E

They are not licensed/legal in any state in the USA. Such wonderfully illegal people.

If you email the compliance department, you will get a response. Not a nice one, but a response.

If you file a complaint against them with the BBB, you will get a response. Not a nice one, but a response.

Feel free to kick some butt for me, too!

If you need anymore information or want to share your experience with them, please post. Many of us have had experience with them. You can let us know more information and we can help you with them. :D

Yes, they have called me for several months saying I owe them $25. They won't send me anything in writing to prove that I owe it. (I don't!) I just hang up on them nightly when they phone stalk. & I called them F*&^TARDS a few times...haha I wonder how many man hours their employees have spent calling me for the last 8 months. So essentially, it's costing them more to try & fraudently get $25 from me. If I actually owed it to them, they would send something in writing. I am also reporting them to the BBB. LOSERS!!

Here is the the cease & desist letter from the state of NE.

Cease & Desist Order Issued to Nebraska Internet Payday Lender

Lincoln, Neb., Aug 29, 2007-- The Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance (NDBF) has issued
an Order to Cease and Desist against SFS, Inc., doing business as One Click Cash, located at 52946
Highway 12, Suite 3, Niobrara, Nebraska, from operating as an Internet delayed deposit services
business. According to Department records, One Click Cash does not have a license to operate a delayed
deposit services business in the state. Delayed deposit services businesses are commonly referred to
payday lenders.

The Department issued the order after investigating 18 complaints made against the company,
including two complaints from Nebraska residents. A number of the complaints were forwarded to the
Department by financial regulators in other states.
All of the complainants allege that the company charges fees in excess of that permitted by law for
delayed deposit transactions and automatically renews transactions on the due date. Renewals continue
for several months resulting in customers paying the company more than double the amount of the original
advance. Customers also allege that One Click Cash electronically deposits the advances into their bank
accounts and repeatedly debits their accounts for fees associated with the transactions. Customers
complained that notices to revoke the automatic withdrawals they sent to One Click Cash were routinely
ignored by the company and that the company continued to debit their bank accounts. Even after the bank
accounts had been closed, customers complained that the company continued to attempt to withdraw
funds from the accounts and attempted to charge fees for failed attempts. Such practices are illegal under
Nebraska law. Further information about the order can found by searching the NDBF Web site at
ndbf.org.

NDBF encourages Nebraskans to report unlicensed Internet payday lenders. More information
about the laws governing payday lenders can be found on the Department????????s Web site. If you have
questions about the order or any investing or banking matter, call the NDBF Consumer Hotline toll free at
877-471-3445, or visit the Web site.

I am dealing with them too. I sent the letters which they ignored. I recently reported them to the BBB and filed an FBI Internet Crimes Complaint. They continued to debit my account after the debit was revoked. I have had several loans with them and paid back thousands. My last loan was for $500 and I paid $450. I told them the top rate her is 26% on short term loans so I have overpaid them by far. I'm not paying anymore.

Volleyballmom, I figured that out. The mistake I made was sending the letters revoking the debits before getting the account closed. One company did send a demand draft check USfastcash. I'm working on geting it closed but, its in the negative now so, I have to try to get it to 0. My bank says they will credit back the fees but, the investigation takes 10 days.

I was reading the fine print on their contract and it orginally said money order but it would not give the address. Then i caculated that they renew the loan for 200 but then charge you another 200 for renewing and then another 200 and so on.before you know it you end up paying thousands.that is why i refused to sign their contract.they cant touch you if you dont sign their contract

i have used them before too, now it appears westbury ventures is trying to collect for them also, but they will not provide any information on payment history and this is from 2005. How can you get account information if you no longer have an account w/ a bank?

I too am dealing with one click cash, and they always call in the morning. They screwed up my checking account so bad that I had to close it, so they can't take anything more out of that. But, the calls are freaking driving me nuts!!! I too filed a complaint with the bbb, we'll see what happens.

She said yes but forgot to give me the address. so i call back get a guy he said no just credit card or money gram or comes out checking account. will i read the terms on the loan say they did take money orders not personal checks. that does not make sense because they are willing to take it out of your account but they can not send in a check to pay the loan. i be looking into this company and i want to whitepages.com and say it a gambino business. they u call in one hour before closing they are not there.
