Citi Card - 3 arrangements and they are done

Citi bank told me that I can't get an arrangement because I have exhausted by arrangements - but I only had 2 - you are allowed three - anybodyknow of anyone that can help me - I want to pay them off - but they won't give me anything except for a match program - I pay an amount and they match it with the same amount - but you can't do that but once - I owe over 3 thousand dollars to these people!

They cancelled me without any notice plus they put me on a payment arrangement - has anybody been cancelled wtih them and paid off the balance and they reopened your account - I really don't want to loose them - but I may not have a choice - why put me on the program if you were mailing me a letter stating that you were closing my account
