Not much information about them, can't find a thing on the internet except that the phone number (3043262276) is a land line in Clarksburg, WV. When I requested debt validation the woman I spoke to on the phone said "we sent you a letter in August, your 30 days is up honey, that's why I'm calling you today) and the only thing she was willing to send me was a bill from them. She also stated that since I apparently wasn't getting my mail she wanted me to find a place where she could fax it to me, or she would come to my house and give it to me personally.

Besides the fact that she never mirandized me, anything else done wrong here (I know her conduct was unprofessional altogether) but what should I do?


She also stated "if your wanting me to send you a copy of the contract I won't do that. I'm thinking that she was pretty determined not to show any validation. So I'll send the letter but they will probably only give me a invoice/bill
