Wow that's really sad Ad... Have u talked to the mortage company? Is there any way u can work something out with them? I'm sure if u can they wud be mroe than willing to help u as the foreclosure rate is at an all tiem high!
If u haven't called them, call them and see waht u can work out! ur home is ur most important debt and sud always be paid first!

Hi Ad. As Ang said, your mortgage company should be able to work something out with you. What kid of mortgage do you have? Conventional, FHA, VA??? If it is FHA than I think there is some sort of govt. assistance you can get to help you. If not, then the bank will most likely work a forebearance with you or maybe even a loan modification. Just call and ask. :-)
