Okay. Got two more responses from the AG today. This is the THIRD letter and they get harsher each time. This one states that the companies (yes, I will tell you who) failure to respond to them indicates complete unwillingness to cooperate with the Division of Consumer Protection and that if they refuse to respond in 2 weeks, it will be presumed that the complaint is legitimate and will be forwarded and reviewed for appropriate action. Ummm... it was to MTE Financial and One Click Cash. Gee, really? They're not responding to my AG? Can you just imagine that? I'll keep you updated on the responses. I always wonder what they're going to do next. Guess I'll find out something in two weeks. With luck, my state will do a damn C&D on them. Well, they're already illegal; however, whatever brings attention to them - I'll do it. Just an update!

I know some people don't have great responses from their AG. However, mine seems to be on top of it. They keep trying to contact these illegal idiots. So I know they're still on it. Gives me some hope anyway!

I'm glad. I feel for the people who's AG doesn't do a whole lot. I mean, it's not like my AG is working miracles here, but I have gotten a couple pif's after they were contacted by the AG. They certainly didn't do anything when I contacted them! So I'm hoping that (with luck) they'll get a response from MTE and One Click Cash within the next two weeks saying it's been closed/written off/whatever. That's what quickest cash advance did. They totally screwed with my head, then the AG got them and they responded saying it was "closed". Did they inform me of this? No. And MTE, One Click Cash, and Quickest Cash Advance are all the same company. I'm praying that One Click will send a response saying it's "gone"!

Thanks, goudah! It worked with quickest cash advance. I'm hoping it'll work with one click cash. You know me and MTE are at war here!

Thanks, mperez! I'm hoping something will come out of this. That will have MTE off my ass. I'm just so grateful that my AG stays on it and doesn't just forget about it if they haven't received a response.

I know, I know! That wonderfully reputed company MTE Financial has AG inquiries going unresponded! I'm sure it's just an "oversight" on their part, as they have nothing to hide..........

Oh I know, I know...This is what the problem might be...Aren't they overseas? Is your AG attempting to communicate with them in English? If so, a translator might be necessary! :-) Then they can get their legal dept. to jump right on it! They just don't understand what is being asked of them.

eleroo, no they are not overseas. They are right here in the US. God love them.

morningstarr, I really don't understand. I mean, I keep getting mail from the AG with the status of what's going on. They send me copies of everything they send to the pdl. I don't get it. I sure am glad that my AG is on it.
