i have a loan with 500 fast cash, united cash loans, and ez loans. Well 500 and united have been really harassing me calling my job every day and so on ater i told them not to. i asked them could they email me a copy of all the payments i have made with them since i had the loan and they told me that they are a paperless company and they dont send out letters or emails. that sounds kind of strange to me!! Can someone help. I told them that i was paying anything until i could see how much i have already paid them.
Ez loans says i owe them 300.00 but because i closed my bank account on them they say i owe 426.00 well i have renewed my loan about 6 times and i also asked them for a printout and they sent me a settlement letter asking me to pay the 300.00 back and they would tak off the 126.00. Is that a good settlement?

Ashley, please tell us who you have loans with. The amount that you have borrowed, the total amounts you have paid on each loan(principle and fees as one total), the state you reside in, and if your loans are store front , or internet. Once we have this info, we will be able to help you

united cash loans borrowed 200.00 paid them about 300.00
ez loans borrowed 300.00 paid them 270.00
AIP borrowed 350.00 but havent heard from them since i closed my bank account.
cash supply paid them off
cash today threated to report them to AG havent heard from them anymore
I was just asking them for a email of what i have paid and they wont send me one saying that was my responsibility to keep up with it. I would think a legit company would have a record of what i have paid them.

I would read the Sticy.sticky at top of this forum regarding closing your checking account. We do advise this, and reopening a new account at a completely unrelated bank. Thnis is to insure that the debits stop coming out of your account.I see that some of these companies may be illegal. You can check on these by clicking on the license database link

AShley, Welcome, you should be able to see what you have paid by going back thorugh your bank statements. Both 500 and united are difficult to deal with. According to the info you posted you have overpaid 500 and untied and still owe EZ and AIP..correct?
yes i have paid the principal on all these loans about 6 times i
yes i have paid the principal on all these loans about 6 times i also have one with mte and i only owed them 95.00 more dollars but i closed my account before they could debit it again but i really over paid them. they are really harrasing me about the 95.00 also. what can i do next about this. I dont mind paying the principal on my loans(thats only right) but i just dont want them to be taking all this interest when its illegal instead of adding it to my prinicpal balance. What should i do next.

Ashley..ok Aip borrowed 350 and paid 315
Now for mte, you need to go through your bank statements and determine how much was deposited by MTE and how much you paid MTE. Right now we need to determine who you owe and who you overpaid before we can help you determine any settlements.
