Hi, My name is Bergie and I live in the state of Kansas and have several payday loans between my husband and I. 2 are with CashCall and I have already read the horror stories on them. The first one is AeroAdvance for $300 and I have renewed it twice. Think Cash one for $2000 and one for $1750, we (my husband and I same checking account though) pay $94.79 and $96.21 every other week, Cash Call 2 for $5000 each which we pay $254.03 twice a month and then World Wide Cash for $200. I am not proud at all. my husband and I declared chapter 7 in 2004 and really strived to stay out of debt but one thing led to another and here we are. We have not been late on anything since the chapter 7 but our paychecks are going towards payday loans and not the bills that they need too. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community :D CashCAll is not a PDL, it's backed by a bank. Please read this thread about them, may give you some info on how to deal with them at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/cashcall-info.html

Got to go to work- but will check on the others later-someone else may have info on them and post for you!!..KAren

I believe that Think Cash is considered an installment loan also like Cash Call? Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Even though they are not pdl's here is what my husband and I have been paying or are paying as I don't know where to begin to end this hell.
Cash Call #1 $5000.00 59.95%, paid as of today, 2077.78 the loan was taken out 1/5/07, Cash Call #2, $5000.00 59.95% paid as of today, $1265.78 loan taken out 4/9/07, Aero Advance, loan date 8/19/07 apr 1460% $300 paid back $180, Think Cash #1, 8/29/07 APR 102.55% $1750.00 paid back as of today, 96.21, Think Cash #2, 7/20/07, APR 92.75, $2000.00 paid back as of today, 379.16, Worldwide Cash, 9/18/07 no apr $300 loan with an $89 renewal fee every pay check which is bi-weekly, same goes for Aero Advance and then PayDay One the loan was for $500 and they turned us over to collection for the entire $570 and we have made one payment of $148.75. Not proud by any means but that is the down and dirty of it.

Hello....I know how disheartening thia must be for you. Many here have had similar experiences. Your biggest problem with the likes of Cash Call and Think Cash: They are legal and as such can charge you what you are paying. The only option I think you have is to try to make some other arrangements with them or possibly try a debt program. Have you tried signing up for a free consultation...they may have some other suggestions for you.
