Yes, Think Cash is an installment loan, backed by the First Bank of Deleware.
They should not be treated like a pdl, since they are an installment loan. Since they are backed by a bank Federal Law allows them to import their home state's interest rate and bypass any state licensing or laws.

Hello....I know how disheartening thia must be for you. Many here have had similar experiences. Your biggest problem with the likes of Cash Call and Think Cash: They are legal and as such can charge you what you are paying. The only option I think you have is to try to make some other arrangements with them or possibly try a debt program. Have you tried signing up for a free consultation...they may have some other suggestions for you.
