Very true, they are voluntary, but you still have the "Wage Garnishment" to worry about. A letter will not stop this as far as it is givien out by the courts when things really get bad.

I just sent u a PM kate!! Read it, also i told goud i thought they had accepted the wage assignment, read the thread i sent u in PM... i think it's illegal for ur company to accept this!!! It may come back on them!

I know they are voluntary, the problem is that my employer will honor it the same way they did with sonic payday and I really can't afford another one to come in cause I may even get terminated (according to the controller of the company) which is not any of their business whatever debts I have, but i prefer to avoid the situation. I think i am going to call Payday Loan Yes and make arrangements specially since I never paid back a dime. Wish me Luck. I have 16 pdls and now i am down to 11!!!!

Kate, read the thread i sent u, copy it and bring it to ur employer!! Also consider speaking to an atty on this matter! First of all it is NONE of ur employers business who u owe what too and secondly they can NOT fire u for this!!!
I'm still pissed that they did the first wage assignment! Please go post in the thread i sent u for help!!

Hi Katelyn. I am sorry. It sounds like you are in a tough situation. Just hang in there and you will make it through. You are done with five of them and that is quite an accomplishment. Just wanted to offer a few words of support. I'm not, by any means, and expert in the wage assignment dept. but it sounds like you have gotten some good advice so far. Try to learn everything you can so that you can fight this thing. :-)

Thanks to all of you for your support. I feel better now. I called them and made payment arragenments the lady Sharon who i spoke with was very very nice she broke my payments in three which is great!!! Once again thanks!!
