My creditors called me at work and they spoke to the wrong person, and told him that he is behind on his account which was my account information. is this a violation? if it is what kind? Can I file some sort of complaint against them, since my information was shared to someone else which was not supposed to happen?

I would think that you can. This person did not pretend to be you or act like he/she was you did they? If they didn't then I would think that this person would be in violation, but that is my opinion. Someone who knows a little more about this will come along and help you out.

The Person that my creditors talked to was my co-worker no he did not pretend to be me, Somebody passed the phone to him since My creditor was not sure which person they needed to talk to. I have the same name with my co worker they passed the phone to him not knowing that they were looking for me. She did not even asked beforehand if it was me or not. Then she started to tell the other guy that "You were behind with the payments" and started giving more information (My Information) to him.

Thanks I am looking forward for someone to help me on this.
