Hi Guest. Tell us what state you are in and who your other pdls are. I'm not sure abotu recourse, but it seems strange that they would stop taking money for a month and then resume. Did they take a regular payment or did they try to take the total amount?

I have getcashman at $350 at $105 refinance. Paydayok and paydayone both at $300 and paid down to $250. I live in PA. THey only took out the refinance payment of $105. But like I said, they randomly stopped for a month. I never attempted to block them from taking anything out (I thought I was freed..lol), but then all of a sudden on a Monday they randomly take it out again. I kinda don't want to call them up and complain because I have a feeling they would think "Oh we missed two payments--let's go take them out right now).

Well, you are sitting pretty with a defense, considering that payday loans are PROHIBITED in your state! Here are your laws(just select your state),

With that being said, maybe you could consider closing your account and opening one at another bank. There is nothing that these companies can do to you. You said that you paid down on the others? Add up everything that you have paid to date and I'll bet you have overpaid! You might be due refunds. :-)
As for getcashman, I wouldn't put it past them to do exactly what you said...realize that they forgot to take payments and then just go for the whole thing in one shot!
Also (I know this is alot), please consider reporting them to your state atty. gen. office. Good luck! :-)

I'm filing complaints right now as we speak. Thank you so much eleroo!! You and this site...I can't begin to express the words I have for you. :)

So complaining did not help. This was the reply I received from the PA Department of Banking..."We are taking an action against a company doing the loans from within our State.
The appeals on that case are still ongoing. When you deal on the internet, you
are dealing under other States or Countries that this Department does not
control. You are on your own with internet companies. You may want to contact
banks or credit unions in your area to see if they will lend you money to get
out of the cycle you find yourself in. It will be best if you can clear these
debts to never borrow from a pay day lender again. "
So the Great Commonwealth of PA states "Screw you". Any other ideas?? Please?
