I live in Maryland I have a payday loan in DC have had this loan for over one year and can't pay back in full. What are my options.

rrogers, can we safely assume you are referring to a store front pdl? Since you live in Maryland and had to go to DC to get a loan? I'm going to assume it's a store front? Please post to verify this information.
