BIG is an illegal overseas pdl. Extremely illegal. The address teri posted for you is correct. However, this is just a US "drop box" for them to get mail. They are physically located overseas.

I have been calling the number provided for me to nenew my loan for about 9 hours and cannot get of hold of anybody. I have left 4 messages and been waiting for a callback but nothing. When I was calling earlier it just rang and rang for about 5 minutes and no answer. Now when I call it is telling me that all associates are busy so leave your info and best time to call back.

Do you have a current loan with them?

If not then I would not get a new loan with them.

I had a loan through them also they want you to pay back way over what your loan was even for there nuts they called one of my refrences and said if they didn't pay the money back for me that they would come and take her to jail she's 81 years old. they call my work every day I told the guy when he called to garnish my wages and leave me alone but they wont they just keep calling and I wont give them my bank account number any suggestions?
