Last week I posted that I had logged into my account at Paycheck today and it said "written off". Yesterday, this letter from the Oklahoma Dept of Consumer Credit was in my mailbox. I won't post the whole letter, as it is pretty length, but here is the last paragraph:

This is wonderful!
I have a question as to how this would affect residents of others states. In WI, Payheck today would have to be licensed in their own state (unless they had sent an email offering a loan).
They receintly had "written off" my loan and I am waiting to see what that means. In my case I am sure it is going to a CA (although I have emailed daily with an arrangement and filed a complaint with the WI DFI).
