I don't know if they are any good...would love some input!
1) Managing Debt for Dummies. The "Dummies" is usually very helpful. I have a book on auto repair & knitting. They do have a section on how to deal with creditors & how to negociate.
2) Solve You Money Trouble-Get debt collectors Off Your Back. Seems like another good book, has worksheets in it I believe & also tells you how to deal with creditors & how to negotiate.

I haven't used either of them, but I would be interested in checking out the "Dummies" book. They really do break things down into understandable language and usually take you step by step in whatever they are explaining.
