Need your Opinion

I would love your opinion on my situation.

Here it is in an outline

1. Hired Rescue debt (after being talked into it)to
Resolve debt problems which I paid over $10,000
in their fees

2. Started getting harassing phone calls, lots of court
papers and police and private citizens delivering
court papers

3. Rescue Debt settled one debt for me and got me
started on a payment plan with a law firm for
two more

4. Rescue Debt resigned as my debt helper

5. Got papers in the mail from the SC Consumer
Affairs saying that I won a lawsuit for
the over $10,000 that Rescue Debt illeagely
charged me

6. Now can't get in touch with Rescue Debt and
they changed their name

7. Like an idiot I turned over one of my husbands
credit cards too, now they want to harass him
and I made most of the charges on it, so I won't
give them his cell number and they are threatening
me with Identity Theft.

8. I set up a payment program with them and have not
missed a payment and they call me everyday to get
me to put the balance I owe them on another credit
card, I stopped answering the phone

9. I checked my credit report and the debts I gave
to rescue debt are listed as charge offs.

What are they going to do next???? Will they start serving me with court papers
again???? I am so worried about what they are going to do, can you please help??????
