I have been looking through the DIY and cannot find a validation letter for a PDL/CA firm that I need to send one too. It seems that the ones I have found under DIY all have to deal with the credit reporting agencies and this has not yet happened. I would appreciate any help! It will be going to 500FastCash and illeagal IPDL company.

The letters in the DIY section are basic letters and should be tailored to meet your needs. I used the following letter in my case which I tailored for my needs:

Quote:

To whom it may concern:

I have tried corresponding with you in regards to my paycheck advances but have had no response
and therefore I am revoking the ACH authorization for any ACH debits out of my account in regards to
the outstanding balance of $600.00. In researching your company and learning the state statutes in my
state of ________ which is Rev. Stat. ???? XX-XXXX that you are operating an illegal internet payday
loan service.
Please provide me by email a physical address where I can send full payment of the principal amount that I borrowed plus the legal interest fees for my state. Please do not call me, this is a legal notice stating NO PHONE CALLS to either myself or my
references. My email address is _____________.
I will be filing a complaint with the state????????s attorney general????????s office, the BBB and the FTC in regards to your fraudlent lending practices should I receive any harassing phone calls. All phone calls will be recorded for legal proceeding purposes (make sure that you can record your conversations in your state and notify them that you are doing so). Hopefully we can all come to a mutual settlement and get this matter taken care of asap.

Sincerely,

The above letter is written with the idea that internet pdl's are illegal in your state of residence. Please make sure that these are actually illegal co's.

If you need anything else please let us know. You will get alot of responses from everyone as all of us have been in this situation at one time or another.
