Take a deep breath and relax!! The first thing you need to do is send a cease and desist letter to these guys..This is SUPPOSED to keep them from talking about this over the phone, correspondence should be in written form only. Also, you need to send a wage assignment revocation letter as well. Just say that as of this date you do not authorize any and all wage assignments. Give a copy of this to your payroll dept as well..This is called a letter of defense.

You will not be going to court!! This is one of the biggest PDL threats. Sit down and figure out exactly what you've paid. If you let us know how long you've paid on these loans and what state you are in, we can help you!

I have paid back approx. 350 to JD marketing and bout 340 to Nevius. This didnt start until i got into a heated conversation with a man at 'Nevius' when i stopped payment about 2 months ago. I have got nothing in writting from them at all. No notices nothing. I took the loans out in may 2007. I live in Kentucky! :shock:

aggrevated - were these internet pdls? I am reading this as they are internet pdls. If this is the case, aggrevated, please relax. Internet pdls are illegal in Kentucky. Your biggest harrassment is going to be these people bugging the crap out of you and harrassing you and threatening you with illegal threats. I am in Kentucky. aggrevated, why do you think I'm here? LOL! Because I had internet pdls out the whazoo! After much help and much research and contacting the Kentucky Department of Finance, I have found out information. What's your situation?

My situation... i make VERY little money and i cant afford to lose this job bc they wont stop harrassing me! They drive me insane! I've looked up alot of stuff... the ppl calling me and the creditor have a TON of complaints on them all sounding just like mine! i just want them to go away and i will get an attorney if thats what it will take! LOL!

Are JD Marketing & Nevis Marketing the names of the pdls that you have? Or are these collectors for your pdls? I need to know who your pdls are. Are these the only two you have? How much did you borrow and how much have you paid? You're going to have to "bring me up to speed" here. I think I'm coming in a bit late on this one. Have you done anything regarding your bank acccount? And, I know what you mean. You're poor and these people want a million dollars. Don't worry. Fill me in on your pdls, what you've paid, and your bank account situtation. Okay?

Jd And Nevius are the creditors. United Processing is the 'collection ppl' who wont stop calling. I borrowed like 200 from both places and they took out about 350 each from my bank acct. but i stopped payment on the last ach debit about 2 months ago. They havent touched my acct since.

aggravated-A great way for further help is to register here with our site...that way someone here can send you a message with the Cease and Desist letter that it sounds like you are in dire need of!

Okay, ky. Your bank account. Is it the same bank account the pdls have the information on (routing number and account number)? Because if it is, they can come along at any time (and they will) and hit your account. I've had pdls slip in electronic checks 4 months later. I'm not kidding. They will stop at nothing. Now, first of all, we need to get your bank account straight so that this does not happen. You've paid these people. You're done. However, they won't feel as though you are (as you've found out). They've turned you over to collections. An illegal collection agency collecting on an illegal debt. That's pretty much it in a nutshell. So, we need to get on this. Tell me about your bank. Is it the SAME account as when you got the pdls? If so, you're going to have to change it. Close it and open a new one. This is just to cover your a$$. They will come out of nowhere and hit you. Tell me about that situation. Then we're going to get some letters going to these illegal jerks and we're going to file some complaints against them. We might also have to cover our a$$ here regarding the collection agency. They hit my credit report & I had to dispute it. Ugly, ugly. We can take care of all of this. Okay? I promise. They are illegal. Let me know about the bank situation and we can go further. :D

I had a call at my place of business today from a number 1-800-918-3849 claiming I owned them money from a pdl from JD marketing over 2 years ago. I paid it through another collection agency who I can't remember now being as it was 2 years ago. When I kept trying to get them to tell me how much money I was suppose to owe, they would not tell me. They also told me I was lying that I did not pay it. They said I had a banking violation and something about FDIC. Also, something about a stop action form. This is totally bogus and when I asked them for documentation they hung up on me and when I called back the person who answered the phone would not give the company name. I had to asked them the company name..they said State Dispositon and the address was in St. Mary's, Georiga. When I goggled the address it was for the Wal-mart supercenter. Has anyone heard of these people before? Also, they still had bank account information and social secutity info. I am changing my bank account info tomorrow and putting an alert on my ss number.
