Weird Number

My wife has been receiving calls on her cell phone from a weird number 1-500-000-0000. They leave a message from Mr. Zimmer from a firm in NY. He leaves a number to call him back 1-800-545-2386 ext 3313. I checked the number on whocalled.us and it appears that he is a CA for American Express.
