On the demand letter at the bottom does it say something to the effect of: this is for the purpose of collecting a debt? I dont' remember the exact wording but something like that??
I'm not sure i'm understanding ur question... I am assuming u recieved a demand letter from an atty on a debt and want validation?? If so, then yes u can ask for validation! Most of these attys are in reality debt collectors. They're the same as collection agencies in that regards...
