I didn't see my post so I posted again sorry if it's a duplicate.

I have 4 pdl
1.little shoppe
2.second wallet
3.arrowhead
4. Paycheck Today

I closed my bank account after it was run dry. I On 9-29 I had these four coming out again at $90 each. After I closed the account i repoened a new one at a different bank. Well I have heard from all 4. Arrowhead sent me an email 2 days later saying it was already sent to collection with Icollect. I was devastated. I have pretty good credit with no collections. I figured I could work out an arrangement with these companies i just wanted the $90 every two weeks to stop because nothing went to principle. I haven't heard from them since the email. I haven't tried to call them. Next, i called second wallett and made reasonable plans with them over the next few months and I requested an email to verify the agreement. I haven't called little shoppe yet. I did call Paycheck today and once again it was bad. The man said My account was once again sent to collections. I said what could I do. He said if I paid $325 by Fri. He would stop the collections. I said i would be willing to set it up over 3 payments he then said no and he said I don't want your money and deal with collections. This man was set to ruin my credit. It has only been a week since my payment was due.

Please I need help what should I do. Should I pay this man the $325 to avoid ruining my credit if he will take the money. I don't have the money, but I will not make my car payment and try to work with them on it.

No I have got an email from Arrowhead saying that it's in collection even though it was just a week ago that they weren't paid. I haven't contacted little shoppe yet.

I made payment plans with second wallet

paycheck today said it was in colelctions also and wanted $325 in a week and hung up on me.i haven't done any of these things because to be honest I don't know there addresses and I really don't understand what they are. How do i do these things? have you heard of paycheck today or arrowhead and why are do they want to report to my credit but said they didnt want my payment?

Cease and desist phone calls
Revoking wage assingments
Telling them you want a PIF on your account

I know this seems like a lot...and very scary. I am going to PM you a letter that you need to mail CERTIFIED to these PDL's...you have to let them know not to call you and to let them know that you know the laws. You also should send copies to FL attorney general, etc.

I am checking on arrowhead and paycheck today...hang on.

Thank You for your time and help I appreciate it. I am trying to understand that info. But it is confusing. It's funny because when I was talking to the guy from Paycheck today he said all you people don't know the laws when you get the money but think you know them when you can't pay. That was after I asked him if it had to be 30 days late before he could put it on my credit report. I guess I would have been better off knowing the laws prior.

They are not a credit account so they dont regularly report...good or bad. However, they may send it to an illegal Collection Agency and try to report you which you can dispute.

I wont be on the rest of the night but I know some very knowledgable people that will be....

I will PM you the letter but it will be late tonight.

Paycheck Today, who our guest spoke with that claimed we know nothing about the laws, is a d/b/a of MTE Financial. MTE Financial is not licensed/legal in any state in the United States. So I find it amusing that you were told "we" don't know the laws. They are operating illegally. MTE Financial is evil. They will do/say whatever to scare the crap out of you and they won't budge when you state your state laws or even that they are illegal. However, they are unlicensed/illegal. That's a fact. Keep that in mind when dealing with them. Also, try not to take phone calls from these people. Only communicate with them via email or USPS. They are ruthless. Let them put everything in writing so that you have documenation of everything because you need to file complaints. Please try to keep everything in writing. And do not let them intimidate you. They are not even licensed to lend.
