I have several pay day loans out, because I got into a tight spot and I needed the extra cash, and now I can't payback my loans. I had a phone call today from a supposed attorney's office and they threatened to garnish my wages if I don't pay back the monies that I borrowed! I can't afford for them to garnish my wages! What can I do? I live in the state of Viginia! One of the cash advance places are called Geneva, and the other is East side lenders! Can you help?

This is what I put in the letter to each company

company name
their address
Date
To Whom It may concern
I(my name) revoke any and all wage assignments.

Is there anything else that I forgot that I need to put in the letter! Thanks

If this is just for revoking wage assignment, it'll do. I am paranoid and put "I (my name) hereby revoke any and all wage assignments I may have signed with your company, your partners, and any affiliates." Call me paranoid. . . .
