I have 4 pdl
1.little shoppe
2.second wallet
3.arrowhead
4. Paycheck Today

I was on earlier and was still in need of help.I was reading about first thing to send to these companies a wage assignment letter how do I find the addresses for these internet companies. Here is my post from earlier under please help

I closed my bank account after it was run dry. I On 9-29 I had these four coming out again at $90 each. After I closed the account i repoened a new one at a different bank. Well I have heard from all 4. Arrowhead sent me an email 2 days later saying it was already sent to collection with Icollect. I was devastated. I have pretty good credit with no collections. I figured I could work out an arrangement with these companies i just wanted the $90 every two weeks to stop because nothing went to principle. I haven't heard from them since the email. I haven't tried to call them. Next, i called second wallett and made reasonable plans with them over the next few months and I requested an email to verify the agreement. I haven't called little shoppe yet. I did call Paycheck today and once again it was bad. The man said My account was once again sent to collections. I said what could I do. He said if I paid $325 by Fri. He would stop the collections. I said i would be willing to set it up over 3 payments he then said no and he said I don't want your money and deal with collections. This man was set to ruin my credit. It has only been a week since my payment was due.

Please I need help what should I do. Should I pay this man the $325 to avoid ruining my credit if he will take the money. I don't have the money, but I will not make my car payment and try to work with them on it.

Hi there. Has anyone posted you state's laws regarding pdls for you? Also, calm down about that man ruining your credit. He is just trying to scare you. If they want money then they will have to play your way. :-)DO NOT delay in making your car payment. If you don't have a car then how are you going to get back and forth to work, etc? These people can wait. Please take care of yourself first. LET THEM BE LAST! :-)

M, Did you not get the letter Volleyballmom pm'd you? As for your credit, if they are not legal then they can not hurt your credit. They may try but you can dispute it. According to the thread between you and VOlleyballmom, you have overpaid them all correct?
You do need to do a simple letter stating you revoke any wage assignmets you may have signed and sign it. Send it to the pdl and give it to your payroll department.
